Landing in Los Angeles
Last night, Denis’ sisters, Aunt Marie, the Doctor, and Aunt Elisabette arrived from Paris, France.
Marie and Elisabette, along with our dear friend Jeanne, prepared an awesome set of guidelines for medical and nutrition, as the boys’ instructions is that they do not stop unless there is risk of permanent and serious health damage. For each possible condition, we have the “how to prevent”, “how to detect”, “how to treat”, “possible worsening” and the “decision to continue”. Both Marc and Patrick are ready to go solo for extended amounts of time should it be necessary for the other one to recover from a serious but not yet “stop” condition.
Nutrition is a real science when each has to intake daily over 8000 Cal, 3.5 gal of water, half an ounce of sodium (equivalent to 1.2 oz. of salt), and finally .1 oz. of potassium, all in a timed and balanced manner.
