Thank you to all.
Cousin Brigid is such a fun person. She may not have all the capabilities that people who are not affected by Down’s syndrome have, but love, she has plenty of, and she is such a joy. With work, her parents have been able to make her progress immensely.
Research on Down syndrome is very active, and it is very hopeful that within a few years, treatment may be available to mitigate the symptoms. That is what the Lejeune foundation is all about.
We thank all the generous donors who have supported the foundation through our race for this wonderful cause and hope.
